Looks as if “Passenger 57″ star Wesley Snipes isn’t grounded anymore.
The tax cheat will be allowed to jet off to England and Thailand to shoot scenes for two upcoming movies, according to a ruling issued by a federal judge yesterday.
Snipes will be spending three days in London this month for postproduction work on “Gallowwalker,” and then eight weeks in Bangkok for “Chasing the Dragon,” despite prosecutors’ fears the “Blade” star is a flight risk.
In February, the 45-year-old actor was convicted of willfully failing to file his income taxes.
His lawyers filed an appeal.
